The Chef7 Concierge AI is a conversational assistant available on paid plans from Restaurants & Bars Premium upwards. It answers operational questions about Chef7 itself — how to set up a loyalty campaign, how to read a BI report, how to enable the QR menu — in any of the six supported languages. It is plan-agnostic: the same depth of knowledge answers regardless of which plan the user is on. It does not generate recipes (that is the main Chef IA's job). The goal is to shorten the time between a doubt and an operational answer, without opening support tickets.
