The Marketing module sends campaigns to customers in the loyalty programme — discount coupons, off-peak offers, new-dish announcements. Each campaign has a segmented audience (regular customers, dormant since X days, customers from a given time slot), content localised in six languages, and redemption tracking (who used the coupon, on which day, sale value attached). Contacts come from loyalty (customer who accepted marketing at opt-in). GDPR compliance: every email has unsubscribe and opt-in is logged. Available in Restaurants & Bars Premium and above.
