The NPS module implements the classic Net Promoter Score — at the end of service (via QR or link) the customer is asked, on a 0-10 scale, how likely they are to recommend the restaurant to a friend, plus an optional comment field. Responses aggregate into a dashboard with automatic NPS calculation, day/week/month segmentation, and open-comment tracking. Useful to spot operational issues before they become critical (a drop in NPS is a common antecedent to a drop in revenue). Available in Restaurants & Bars Premium and above.
